Supertech Limited — Need Booking Amount refund of 1,62,000 INR for Project-Golf Country

Please find the booking details and project details below:

Booking amount: 1, 62, 000 INR(paid in two installments with 81, 000 INR)

Builder making fake promises of delivering the project but I need them refund my amount with a permissible amount of interest in any, after deducting your normal charges.
We have been sending multiple trailing emails but they are making fake promises.
