This is to bring your kind concern that I, Abhilasha chaudhary, am residing in Palmgreen residency in meerut since the time I purchased this flat in October 2011, but there are few serious problems regarding the maintenance of the society. The incidence happened to me was of eve of diwali, when a huge piece of plaster from cracked beam from 3rd floor fell down over my scooty and damaged the body badly. When I complained this thing to the maintenance manager, Mr. Harbeer singh, he gave a very irresponsible answer to me that Supertech society is not concern with the parking of two wheeler vehicle, and they are not responsible for it. You tell me if any person would have been there instead of scooty, that time also your society is not responsible for this thing. I am really disappoint with the behavior of your manager. Now his behavior forced me to complain you or shall I complain to police regarding the irresponsible behavior of the society. Kindly look into the matter and let me know what should I do.
