Supertech — non receipt of booking confirmation at supertech eco village 1 j tower unit 808

I am writing this mail to convey my dissatisfaction.
I had booked a flat at ecovillage 1 greater noida west through your employees mr. Piyush and mr. Rajat on 5 nov 2017. I have already given two cheques worth rs 51000 and rs 4, 25000 to the above named individual but i haven't received any confirmation receipt of the same yet.
On asking the same mr piyush asked me that i have to additional rs 78000, which is not in order. The cost was clarified by him during the booking, copy of booking form is attached.
I am serving in indian army it took me two weeks to finalize a flat during my leave and which are almost over wants to finalize the documentation part at the earliest.
This act show professional incompetence of employees of your company and will have negative impact.
Supertech customer service never picks up call.
Please look into the matter seriously.
