Supertech — Too much delay n possession and no progress at site

We have booked a unit in officers enclave in 2016 and commitment date to deliver the same from Supertech was October 2018. We visited the site in 2019 and there was very little construction. We reached out to Supertech office in noida and CRT Team gave new delivery date on October 2020 in writing. We again visited the site in August 2021 and there was very little to no progress at all. With the wy construction work is at hault there i dont think it will be delivered in next 4-5 years also!!!a
Can someone please help and confirm when will i finally get my unit.
