I purchased iball tablet q27 4g cobalt blue imei:[protected] from supreme mobiles coimbatore on 23.11.16. This was required for my daughter’s education purpose and i specifically asked several times, before purchasing, about the genuineness of the quality. While purchasing they confirmed it is good etc. Etc. But within 4 days after purchasing, it started giving trouble, memory not available, not getting switched on, battery not charging etc. Etc. We went back to the store and asked for replacement. But they sent it to the service centre at coimbatore, who were never bothered to give us any update. They keep sending the tablet to chennai for each and every small issue and took number of days each time it was sent to them through supreme mobiles. We have been making number of visits since then, at least about 30 times, but the tablet is never getting rectified. Later they replaced with another tab without any warranty certificate for the new tab. That tab is also not functioning properly. Not getting charged properly. Again we keep visiting the dealer.
I just want to get rid of this immediately. I want my amount to be refunded without any delay. My daughter’s education is toally spoiled because the worst service.
