Suraj Kumar — driving license seized delhi because of a very minor mistake of signal

Dear sir,

I got challaned for red light jump in delhi mayur vihar phase 3 (Kpc traffic circle), i requested to police officers that it is only a minor confusion but they didn't lestened me and i got challaned for red light jumping and they missguided me that when you submit a fine payment receipt to us we will return you driving license but they seized my driving license on my very first mistake happened in a minor confusion.

And at the time of my challan they were letting go some rich people by saying that they are staff.

I am working in noida and i used to drive my bike for my job work so it is very harrassing for me that i will not get my driving license for 4 months and because of it i will loose my job.
I come from a very normal family.
I paid 1000 fine but i think my dl shouldn't have seized for this minor mistake. I follow all the traffic rules and i have all documets to drive on road
I am traped by india's system and i will loose my job too.
It is going too harrassing for me and i am too descepointed of it.

Please help sir if i can get my dl.
