Suraj Kumar — Transfer of my S/A [protected]

Sir,

I, Suraj Kumar, would like to request you to kindly transfer my Saving Account No. [protected], IFSC Code SBIN0004518, Branch Code 4518 to SBI, Gaya, Bihar Branch under Branch Code 03588, A.P.Colony, Gaya, Bihar.

I serve in BSF Department and during the training in 2014, my saving account has been opened in Indore branch and now a days, I have been posted in Tripura. I am permanent residential of Gaya, Bihar, so, I want to transfer my account in A.P.Colony, Gaya, Bihar for easy transaction.

A transfer form and needful papers(i.e. Transfer form, PAN, Aadhar duly signed) have already been submitted to SBI, A.P.Colony-3588 Branch on dated 02.03.2017, and the same has been forwarded to SBI Indore Branch-0451 by the post through proper chanel but no any action have been taken till date. My ATM Cum Debit Card has also been blocked by SBI Indore branch, so, I am facing financial problem. I am serving in BSF department and posted at Tripura, so, that it is not possible to me to visit the SBI Indore branch.

This is to request you to kindly do the needful in this regard.
