I has ordered 4 suit from suratfabric.com of rs 3205/- on 13 june it's been 10 days and yet i didn't received my order. I had done message on their watsapp no. On 15 june but they said order will be delivered in 10 days but it's 23 june and i didn't received my order. I had been messaging on their watsapp no. Since morning but didn't replied even after seeing my msg. I think i had lost my money. We earn this much money hardly and it's gone. Please have a look to my complain. Hope you will take this matter seriously it's not small amount of money that i think i lost.

Mam regarding the above complaint. We gave you the resolution at that time itself and the product was duly delivered to you. Yes we accept that the delivery was delayed but it was because of Indian Postal service which was also because of the fact that the whole delivery ecosystem was recovering from lockdown and covid issues.
Due to our better service, you even placed order with us again in October 2020 for which we have attached the proof below. Kindly either mark this complaint as resolved or delete the above as you may like. As wrong review misguides buyers to genuine businesses like us.
