Surat Fabric — Non delivery of order after taking advance payment

Hi, I had ordered a catalog of 16 dressed (Order #11776) on DEC 9 2015 from www.suratfabric.com as Cash on Delivery by making advance of 1000 INR via NEFT transferas per the website policy. I have been contacting the owner on the phone number 09099898992 and emailing on prakash@suratfabric.com but not received any response for my order being shipped. The only response I received was an automated receipt for my order which indicated me to pay advance of 1000 INR to his bank account after which only my order will be processed. I then got a confirmation on Dec 10 that he has received my advance payment but no further intimation about my products being shipped. I am worried if this is a fraud company just collecting money and not providing any goods

With all due respect, here is your order timeline:

You placed the order on 9th Dec 15. You made the transfer on the same day but due to NEFT transaction time limit, we received the payments on 10th Dec 15 for which the confirmation was also sent to you by e-mail.

Now as per our commitments we shipped the order on the same day itself for which again the confirmation was sent via E-mail with the tracking details of your parcel. (Proof attached).

Your parcel was delivered on 14th of Dec 15 with rest of the amount paid by you at delivery. (Proof attached).

So, we kindly request you to take back your complaint against us as we fulfilled your order with proper care in given time frame.
