We got fooled by the name Surekha fobes . We never intended to call these guys we are customers of Eurekha fobes and received call from service centre and mentioning all my personal details like last service and machine details. We thought of Eurekha and have taken AMC for 2 years which is of cost 9k. The filters were changed yesterday and we see huge difference in water quality and taste. When we approached Eurekha fobes customer care realised about this fraud. Please help getting our money back and take action against Surekha fobes. Was this information helpful? |
