Surplus Bazaar — Defective power bank

I had ordered a power bank online from surplusbazaar.in on February 13, 2016.

The order number was DDAY583635 and an SMS confirming the order was received from RM-iORDER.

The power bank was delivered and Rs. 499.00 was paid in cash against delivery for it. No invoice or bill accompanied the delivery.

On opening the packet, the power bank was found to be defective as neither did it get charged nor could it charge any mobile phone. There was no indication of charge/ charging of the power bank.

As there was no contact number or e-mail, I could not lodge a complaint to the company for the defective piece supplied. The website www.surplusbazaar.in is also non-existent.
