I purchase Nokia 1100 fromsurplus bazzar but in three month mobile battery is in bad condition my SKU Code is XJ4CD809FD2, so please replace it, I waiting for your reply...

I had ordered a power bank online from surplusbazaar.in on February 13, 2016.

The order number was DDAY583635 and an SMS confirming the order was received from RM-iORDER.

The power bank was delivered and Rs. 499.00 was paid in cash against delivery for it. No invoice or bill accompanied the delivery.

On opening the packet, the power bank was found to be defective as neither did it get charged...

I got damaged prouduct from parcel n .I tried of calling customer care but the customer care is not working.I had send u guys 2 mails but u guys dont have any responsibility to reply atleast.Try to make contact with me and please replase my product.

I received a defective product from surplus bazaar. It already written on that phone box itself is defective like switch on problems and it a fake product not a genuine one..and my order is Sony 10000mah power bank & it is Samsung 10400mah power bank.
