Surpluss.In — Not refunded my online purchase amount

On Friday[protected] i was contact Surplus.in customer care and informed my purchase details. And i asked him to cancel my online purchase order for refund the credit card amount to my account. He replied that with in 48 hrs we will cancel your order and will get confirmation mail. But till now i don't get any confirmation mail and refund amount. Please take action for my query.
