Surpluss.In — Ordered 2 new iron boxes, received used and bad iron boxes

Order id :[protected] Order id :[protected] Both the iron boxes packing was very bad. box was completely wrapped in tape to hide the wear and tear. Iron box base had lot of scratch's. tried calling customer care number[protected] it said temporarily out of service. I want to return these products and get my money back. Its the worst service experience i got.
