I placed an order for oneplus 1 mobile and i cancelled the order in an hour. The customer care called and i confirmed my cancellation. But so far, i have not yet got any cancellation mail or my money. It's been 20 days and there is no response from their side. I neither got the mobile nor my money back . My order is being cancelled by them but no assurance for my money
