Surpluss.In — Received Redmi 1s defective mobile phone

Hi, I have received a Redmi 1s mobile phone on 09/13/2015. This is a defective phone. Charger is not at all working. Not able to open any app. Always saying Space running out even after deleting apps. Always showing Unfortunately Apps stopped. Wi-Fi not connecting. Taking long time to switch on and off. This phone needs to be replaced. Or i need my money back.
