I have purchased a redmi2 headset from surpluss.in. As it was provided with the booklet of the same, when it was delivered to me there was no booklet as such. phone is not built with audio systems in it. Display is also having problems. Sim card slots are not responding when the sims are inserted into it. Don't know how the hell they plan to deceive customer's trust. Worst of the worst online website i have seen through!
