Surya Crystal — damage to our product

Sir on 6 january 2018 i receive my order named surya crystal cooktop. Due to some circumstances i was not able to check the product immediately. But after 7 days when i unboxed the product and used it for the first time what i found is that the flame was too high and sometimes it touch the cylinder pipeline.
I tried to contact the customer care but it looked merely impossible. So i would like if you can assistant me to come out of this problem.
And can give me the knowledge of how to contact with the company or its service centre.

Dear sir,
i had purchased the product on 10/5/2018 from amazon and used it only after 10 days as my family was on occasion trip and after using i found that the utensil touches the pipeline of the gas and not so steady. So, please assist me with ur service or please provide me the replacement for the product.
Left burner is not working properly
Not enough flames is coming through the burner
