I am strongly unhappy with surya cooler service. Within a year, 2 times i need to logged complaint. And in 2nd time service man didnt change the water pump. No dressing sense, no safety features, gloves, sanitizer...

He has only clean and said its fine but after 3 hour, again i am facing problem.

He is only waiting of expiration of bill validity. It seems 10k spend on the same was wrong decision.

Cant believe.

      Hi,

      I have purchased Prestige Cooktop before 1 month and today it's Got blast in Kitchen, when making food on the burner and suddenly the toughened glass blasted and Piece of glass were Everywhere in the Kitchen and with the sake of God, no one was injured,

      I am shocked with the built Quality's of Surya Sech a big Organisation is creating Poor Quality product which may can cause harm to people and their Lives,

      Kindly do the replacement total unit on Priority,

        Geyser is not working

        Geyser (Pacific) is taking TOO much time to heat the water. And hence there is discontinuity (approx 10-15 min) in getting hot water....

          I had complained about my surya quartz room heater which stopped working in a week for 5 times in last 25 days but no technician has come yet, every time i am told that a technician will come within 2 days but yet none has came.

                                    Hi,
                                    on 28th May 2020, I swiped my ICICI debit card on my name Ankush Gajanan Lambe for Rs.50, 000 at SURYA electronics wakad, Pune.

                                    The amount was mistakenly withdrawn by merchant and the seller manager void the transaction at same day 28th May 2020 within in 5 minutes .

                                    Merchant said refund will credited into your account within 2 bank working days .I waited for 8-10 working days and found no refund credited into my account.

                                    I Contacted the customer care execute of icici bank they said, If amount is claimed by merchant then we are not responsible .
                                    You need to check with Surya Electronics but no helps from merchant to refund by amount .

                                    Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                                    Please find attached void transaction receipt.
