    Hi,
    on 28th May 2020, I swiped my ICICI debit card on my name Ankush Gajanan Lambe for Rs.50, 000 at SURYA electronics wakad, Pune.

    The amount was mistakenly withdrawn by merchant and the seller manager void the transaction at same day 28th May 2020 within in 5 minutes .

    Merchant said refund will credited into your account within 2 bank working days .I waited for 8-10 working days and found no refund credited into my account.

    I Contacted the customer care execute of icici bank they said, If amount is claimed by merchant then we are not responsible .
    You need to check with Surya Electronics but no helps from merchant to refund by amount .

    Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

    Please find attached void transaction receipt.

To aplogo kya ye sab kar raha ha logo ko mad kyon baba raha ho aplog.. Aplogo ka company me mere bohot varosa tha but aplogoka company fraud nikla logoko jhut bat bolke product sale karti rhte ho aplok. Sir pls i request ye khuj jaldi solve hona chahihe.                         Please give your escalation matrix this complaint is not attended till 14th July, complaint logged on 11th July 2018 ... 2 times earlier also technician visited for the same problem, but was not fixed / resolved completely for Surya Ceiling Fan complaint .

                        customer care not responding, technician can not visit today as he is at other location, Area Manager ( Davinder kumar) not responding,
                        North Head ( Ramjas Gola) not responding on phone number provided by Surya Customer care .

                        NO body should purchase Surya electronics item, purchase Chinese appliances, they will be more better than Surya ...

                            If you don’t want to get cheated stay away from these bunch of blackmailers, (Amol keni – [protected] vivek rajput – [protected] & mahadev - [protected]) amol keni first send their office boy mahadev for picking a parcel on my behalf for sending me through courier but instead of doing that they started doing extortion by asking money in lieu off returning back that parcel i even lodged a criminal complaint against these blackmailers with maharashtra police department and informed to sh. B. B. Singal ji vice president surya roashni ltd. At last these people took extra money for returning parcel

                                    Lights at laxman path vivek vihar, jaipur is not working for about 1years.8-9 lights are not working at the road of indian omen school. Please and the lights are not installed at connective road of shiv circle opposite of indian omen school. The lights are not maintained for 2-3 months, only one light is remain on the thadi.                                         I am working in M/s. Surya Electronics ( Plot No: 115, ALEAP Ind estate, Pragathi nagar, Rangareddy dist, Hyderabad -500072) since last 7 years. Since April 2015, management are not paying the PF, ESI etc to Concern office but they are deducting from employees salaries. So many times we had given complaint but PF & ESI (Kukatpally Office) officials are simply visiting that company and they are taking money from company.
