          Sir, i bought a sun induction from the market. It is not being turned on. This is not happening as soon as you turn on. Now everything you need has come out. Your customer care is closed. Please request me to get it fixed. I am also mentoring my address.             I had purchased 5 numbers of surya fan on last march month 2019... One of this fan wings is bend... This bend makes the fan shakes while rotating... And sound or noise problem in another fan while rotating...
            And i have warranty for the surya fan... Kindly accept and register my complaint and replace the fan wings which is bend i hope you will give good service.

To aplogo kya ye sab kar raha ha logo ko mad kyon baba raha ho aplog.. Aplogo ka company me mere bohot varosa tha but aplogoka company fraud nikla logoko jhut bat bolke product sale karti rhte ho aplok. Sir pls i request ye khuj jaldi solve hona chahihe.               Last year april 2019 i have install five surya sealing fan in my house. Two of them giving problem. One fan when switched on giving unwanted sound and another fan speed is slow. Kindly send some one to rectify problem.

                My fan is not working from last 5 days which is under warranty period. I have raise a complain for the same with ref no-mum[protected] service provider no is [protected] and happy code is 6559 on 8th jul. But yet technician has not come for repair the fan. My family is sleeping without fan from last 5 days.

                Request you please look into this and get this resolved asap.

                    Please give your escalation matrix this complaint is not attended till 14th July, complaint logged on 11th July 2018 ... 2 times earlier also technician visited for the same problem, but was not fixed / resolved completely for Surya Ceiling Fan complaint .

                    customer care not responding, technician can not visit today as he is at other location, Area Manager ( Davinder kumar) not responding,
                    North Head ( Ramjas Gola) not responding on phone number provided by Surya Customer care .
                    " Make yourself Happy - Surya " Enjoy your Sunday...tomorrow!!!

                    NO body should purchase Surya electronics item, purchase Chinese appliances, they will be more better than Surya ...

                              Lights at laxman path vivek vihar, jaipur is not working for about 1years.8-9 lights are not working at the road of indian omen school. Please and the lights are not installed at connective road of shiv circle opposite of indian omen school. The lights are not maintained for 2-3 months, only one light is remain on the thadi. Therefore come and check it as quickly as possible.

                                  I am working in M/s. Surya Electronics ( Plot No: 115, ALEAP Ind estate, Pragathi nagar, Rangareddy dist, Hyderabad -500072) since last 7 years. Since April 2015, management are not paying the PF, ESI etc to Concern office but they are deducting from employees salaries. So many times we had given complaint but PF & ESI (Kukatpally Office) officials are simply visiting that company and they are taking money from company.

                                    I purchased one 1000w surya immerson rod on[protected] with two year guarantee from m/s fairdeal electric ware, havall"s galaxy, neelaber building, mahmoorganj, varanasi. On 26.02.2017 it stopped working. Same day when i approached the dealer st for replacement the rod with new one he flatly refused. He just took down my contact number and assured that company person would contact me and would do the needful. Nobody has contacted me so far. I didn"t expect such response from representatives of a reputed organisation like yours. It is a deficiency in services and suitable case for moving to consumer court. You are the requested to look in to the case and instruct your service engineer to replace the rod with a new rod.
