I purchased one 1000w surya immerson rod on[protected] with two year guarantee from m/s fairdeal electric ware, havall"s galaxy, neelaber building, mahmoorganj, varanasi. On 26.02.2017 it stopped working. Same day when i approached the dealer st for replacement the rod with new one he flatly refused. He just took down my contact number and assured that company person would contact me and would do the needful. Nobody has contacted me so far. I didn"t expect such response from representatives of a reputed organisation like yours. It is a deficiency in services and suitable case for moving to consumer court. You are the requested to look in to the case and instruct your service engineer to replace the rod with a new rod.

I have purchase LED-5W fitting (one feet long) from M/s Ashoka Electricals, 35, Latouche road, Lucknow on dated 23.06.2015 bill no-562( shop phone no[protected], But after few day my LED-5W tube light not working. presently I am leaving in BGR township, Dhaligaon, chirang (Assam). So please give me solution regarding LED-5W tube light replacement or repaired at current place.

I am writing this email to bring to your notice about the serious incident of fire in cfl bulb of surya make (Isi) yesterday at our residence.

We had purchased the bulb locally about a year back. It suddenly caught fire with huge flames at its head portion while the switch was on. My wife became panicky and threw water to the site after putting off the light switch and luckily the major fire accident was avoided. I am told that a similar incident happened a year ago with anothe cfl bulb. I have preserved the partly burnt bulb.

I am not giving this complaint to claim anything. But how it can catch fire like that? Normally the bulb will get burnt inside and not with flames exposing major fire hazard.

This is for the information of all cfl manufacturers so that future precautions are taken while manufacturing such bulbs. After this incident my wife is refusing to use any cfl bulb at home.
Can you answer the problem?

I had invested Rs.10000 in FD Later on they rejected application saying that min investment amount is Rs30000 These details are not available in market even with their distributor My money got deducted on 21-Nov-2012 and till date i didn't received money from them More-ever they aren't replying to email Please refer attachment

A known brand in Indian market, has retrenched their hundred of employee by giving reason that Surya Can't afford their employee, statement given by DMD Mr. Raju Bista (Surya Roshni Ltd), Maximum of them were management trainee, company's recruitment concern visited many collages and placed best candidates from there, after spending few month in Surya Roshni, they get fired, they got big black-spot during their growth stage of career, but these thing doesn't matter with this DMD Raju Bista, at that time he found using the sentence that we are sweeping out pollution from company, why he used these abusing word for their own employees, he doesn't know the sensitiveness of career growth, because
he doesn't have sufficient qualification to be on the post of DMD, he is only eighth passed candidate, and he get this post by doing buttering to MD (Mr. J.P. Aggarwal) ,

Now the time to say something about Mr. J P Aggarwal, he is a kind of fools who doesn't have any idea how business should run and grow, he only follow some of their DMD's and GM's, they always try to make him foolish, Mr. Jaypraksh never use his own mind, His father and founder of Surya Mr B. D aggarwal can never proud on him,

AFTER ACCUMULATING TOTAL LOAN OF ABOUT RS.1200 CRORES, WHY SURYA ROSHNI WANTS TO SHOW TO THE STAFF THAT THEY ARE MAKING LOSS?. IS THERE ANY HIDDEN OBJECTIVE OF THE MANAGEMENT?. WHY BANKS ARE SALIENT? WHY THERE IS NO LAW WHICH CAN ASK THEIR INTENTION. SEBI, RTI, EXCISE DEPT, SALEX TAX- ALL ARE SILENT?

SOMETHING VERY SERIOUS AND ALARMING AHEAD FOR THE BANKS, EMPLOYEE AND THE PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am Vipin Chandra from Bareilly.
I saw advertisement of Surya Roshini Lightining on Quikr.com in Delhi city.
In this ad they gave email id as : [protected]@gmail.com
I have sent my resmue to this id on 10 dec 2010.
then on 17th December 2010. Rahul from consultancy ( email id- [protected]@gmail.com) called me.
He told me to come Gwalior for interview on 18th December 2010.
I said that i cant not come tomorrow. Then he said that we can conduct your telephonic interview tomorrow.
Next day, on 18 December 2010, i received call from HR of Surya Roshini Lightning. He take my interview and said result will be send on email id.
On 19 December 2010, he sent confirmation mail for selection on the post of graduate trainee.

In mail these lines are written:

"As a trainee you will be in probation for a period of 3 months which can
Be reduced or increased based on your performance during this period.
After successful completion of the probation period, you shall be under
Full time employment with us. Your starting CTC shall be 3.40 Lack per
Annum after probation.
Your date of joining from 5th of Jan 2010"

Next day i called HR for the joining date which is wrong written.
He told me to submit documents to [protected]@gmail.com.
He also told me to submit 1500rs in account no [protected] name Rajaram Vishwakarma of HDFC bank.

Now from 5 days, 24 december 2010 no one received my call.
And today both mobile numbers does not exist.
Email Id of HR also not exist today.
Please help me...what can i do in this situation.
