Surya Flame — Complaint not resolved

Im writing this in regards to your employees named Manisha Singh with mobile no.[protected]
I recently purchased a surya flame 3 burner gas stove and have been a customer of your company since years.
I purchased a gas stove around 2-3 months back and it incurred some problem recently, the gas has been leaking from it continuously and my mom has been worried for the same as its quite unsafe and can cause any misshaping and i had registered a complaint for the same with complaint no. #DL221212BHA0044 and the complaint was assigned to an employee from your company named Manisha Singh.

We called the customer care a week back and were assured that next day one of your executive would visit and fix the issue but no one came. My mom called again day before as the gas is still leaking from the burner and my complaint was registered by your employee named Manisha Singh and she assured that someone would come yesterday or by today morning but still no one came.My mom called manisha and she started rudely behaving with my mom saying “Apki akele ki complaint nahi hai, or b logg hai” and disconnected the call and blocked my number”

I called her to ask the status and the reply i was given was “ek complaint k lia kitne logg phone karoge? Jab aana hoga aajyga, mera time matt kharab karo! And she blocked my number”

I just wanted to ask that is this the type of after sales support you give to your customers?
If something happens to my family because of this leakage, your company would be responsible for the same and i will be taking this matter legally and also filing a complaint in consumer court for the same.

Being a government official and working for Ministry of Home affairs, now I would like to bring this matter in court under section 294 of IPC, Section 354 of IPC, Section 509 of IPC, Section 417 of IPC, Section 420 of IPC against your employees for troubling a women and you would be receiving the legal notice in next 2-3 working days for the same

A copy of this complaint is also being sent to consumer court and complaint forum.

Meanwhile you are kindly requested to get the complaint rectified on the priority basis and take a strict against Ms. Manisha so that this is not repeated further with other customers

Also, i want an apology from your employee to my mom for misbehaving with me and my mom as this is not an appropriate way of talking to a senior citizen
