I brought a bike on 6th June 2023 in suzuki access 125.
I am getting friction noise in rear side. I had conveyed in the first service but the issue was not resolved and complaint is also filed in suzuki CAS-394950-V4C4R9.

I Left over my bike for first service in BTM apple suzuki showroom(Bangalore).
The samething i conveyed my issues but it was not resolved during my first and second service.
I asked for service report but they didnt provide.
And also i have contacted with ASM Suriya suzuki Person([protected]).But he said they wont provide service report.
I have not get support from the suzuki person. Still my first complaint is not resolved.
Why You are cheating us I have brought this bike with lot of dreams.
We trust suzuki quality that's why we preferred for suzuki but you guys are cheating the customer providing poor quality.
Is your quality teams is checking the issues or not? or this vehicle is quality checked or not.
why you are providing quality less vehicle and cheating a trusted customer like me.
I discussed with my company secretary and lawyer they said this much of incomplete vehicle will file the complaint in Consumer court.
