Suzuki Access 125 is one of the worst scooters I have. I am using the car and Honda Shine bike. I bought this Suzuki Access 125 bike two years before (i.e. Feb 2022). But I am facing the problem regularly. In the first six months, I had a battery problem after that fuel pump problem. I already changed the new fuel pump, still again getting the same fuel pump problem. I spent nearly 15 thousand for the last two years. So kindly don't suggest this bike to anyone.

    I brought a bike on 6th June 2023 in suzuki access 125.
    I am getting friction noise in rear side. I had conveyed in the first service but the issue was not resolved and complaint is also filed in suzuki CAS-394950-V4C4R9.

    Bike No: KA-05 LU-3463

    I Left over my bike for first service in BTM apple suzuki showroom(Bangalore).

    The samething i conveyed my issues but it was not resolved during my first and second service.

    I asked for service report but they didnt provide.
    And also i have contacted with ASM Suriya suzuki Person([protected]).But he said they wont provide service report.
    I have not get support from the suzuki person. Still my first complaint is not resolved.

    Why You are cheating us I have brought this bike with lot of dreams.
    We trust suzuki quality that's why we preferred for suzuki but you guys are cheating the customer providing poor quality.

    Is your quality teams is checking the issues or not? or this vehicle is quality checked or not.

    why you are providing quality less vehicle and cheating a trusted customer like me.

    I discussed with my company secretary and lawyer they said this much of incomplete vehicle will file the complaint in Consumer court.

        I bought Suzuki Access 125 Digital BS6 model in Nov 2021 and my fuel pump isn’t working. We have applied for the new fuel pump but are making us wait from last 10days.
        I have Purchased Access 125 And in 8 months it is giving starting problem...Seller is saying their are many Lights so we have to kick it to start on daily basis

          My self M Venu Babu, i brought SUZUKI Access 125 scooty (TS08HS2935) from jayan motors on Sept-2021, after 6 months iam facing frequent startup problem & informed to jayan motors and they replaced fuel pump but scooty is not starting either with self start/kick rod and I informed to them, they said again fuel pump not working and for fuel pump replacement again scooty handovered to them, I think they are not doing servicing at all, bcoz of facing same issue scooty was given to them 3 times in past 10 days...
          May be suzuki sold defect piece of scooty/ jayan team unable to identify the issue & jayan team is not responding.

                            Approached M/s.Ramdasu Suzuki, Tuni, East Godavari Dist, Andhra Pradesh, authorised for Suzuki for new Silencer BS-III . Staff from that shop said that they has to put for order and it will take 7 days to 15 days (On 21/08/21). Now after 15 days he said that he required another one weak. We want to know whether that much time needed for accessories of Suzuki.Please advice to resolve problem.

                              Dear sir,
                              Sub: Sale of a defective Sujuki Access 125 vehicle-regarding.
                              I have recently purchased a Suzuki Access-125 on[protected] for Rs.96455/-in M/S Padmaja Motors Private Limited, Vijayawada, Prabhu Nilayam. M.G.Road, Labbipet from their Enikepadu branch. I took the delivery of the vehicle on[protected] and I was asked to come on the next day to get the other accessories like side stand etc.. to be fitted. I then got filled the Petrol tank with Rs.300 and started going to my village along with my husband.
                              I went to my village at around 9 PM and parked the vehicle in my house, The next day i.e., on[protected] at around 8.30 AM, I started at my house and after driving for a distance of nearly 10 KM the vehicle stopped at Peda Avutapalli at around 9 AM. My husband immediately contacted the local people and we were advised to take the vehicle to the nearest service show room. My husband literally walked to Gannavaram pushing the two-wheeler manually and the mechanics advised us to take the vehicle to Show room only as they are not supposed to look into the trouble for the New Vehicles.
                              Then my husband informed Padmaja Motors and two people from the show room reached us and they brought the vehicle to the show room at Enekepadu branch on[protected]. My husband also reached Enikepadu show room at around 11AM and enquired about the vehicle.
                              We were told that the Engine of the Vehicle was seized due to some defect in the Engine and the process will take another one week to rectify the trouble.
                              We were shocked to hear the news and asked them how a New Engine gets seized. The mechanics told us that some unidentified defect occurred in the Engine and thereby it got seized and asked us to come after a week. We deliberately told them to give a new Vehicle and we are not ready to take the Defective Vehicle. This is the 11th day and None of the officials had contacted us for bringing a new vehicle.
                              We wish to bring this issue to your notice and request you to give the new vehicle keeping the Defective Vehicle with you. We are financially very poor and we can not afford to invest money for repairs for number of times on the Defective Vehicle. The office staff of Enikepadu branch have cheated us by delivering a Defective vehicle and are still forcing us to take the repaired Defective Vehicle whenever we contact them.
                              I request you to please look into the matter and see that a new vehicle is delivered at the earliest.
                              If we do not hear from you, we will be left with no option except to knock the doors of the COURT for justice. I hope you will do the justice at your end.

                                  Very bad experience in this Paid Service. I have a Suzuki Access 125 SPL Edition Scooty. I went to service center (17/07/2021)for servicing in (MOTO SPHERE, H-152, sector -63, Noida).I am very disappointed with service center.there are no facilities for customers, no proper electricity, mechanic also not working properly, roaming around by scooty always and not caring, they don't know how to write customer's invoice, till today i am not able to get my invoice from this service center. I have never seen this problem earlier. Still I have same issues in my scooty like (self start, over racing and other also)

                                    -on 10.07.21 - the vehicle stop on the way and did not start. Tried kick start and not switching on. took a near by help and not resolved and call the dealer/ service people. They asked us to bring to showroom, on several trials of kickstart the vehicle started and on the way to service station it stopped again, and the service people came and picked up. After checking they said some petrol flow is improper & corrected. Then the vehicle was collected on 13.07.21
                                    -on13.07.21 - when it was taken from Porur service station and drove to Perungudi- twice it got stuck on the way. Again while returning back on evening it got stuck and after many trials on kick start and self start the vehicle started and came to home. The service people from SMK suzuki office came and collected the vehicle on 14.07.21 from Home and they said they need to check to give a ride by more than 10 to 12 kms. continuous call was given to to service manager and he said it is spark plug problem and new plug will be installed, and informed bike is ready by 17/07. as the vehicle took from home the service slip was not given by them. the vehicle collected back on 17.07.21
                                    -18.07.21- starting the vehicle by evening and it is not started, called the Smk service manager and gave a phone complaint.
                                    the problem is not resolved by them permanently and finding difficult.
                                    It is only 10 months of vehicle purchase, and given a big problem . Due to this I had to undergo other travelling expenses for a week to go to my office.
                                    - Need a complete solution and should not have any problem in future. If not need a replacement new bike .

                                        I am Hemant Kumar Mulchandani here by addressing the issue regarding my Bike Suzuki access 125 which i have purchased on December 31 2020. The bike is not starting and as per the engineers at the service center fuel pump is needed to be changed.

                                        I have purchased Access 125 DISC BT ALLOY WHEEL from DWARAKA SUZUKI(A UNIT OF G.D MOTORS PVT LTD) showroom. From the day purchased there is some or the other issues continuously happening.
                                        Firstly the showroom from which we purchased the bike DWARAKA SUZUKI(A UNIT OF G.D MOTORS PVT LTD) lost our cheque of payment and told us to pay through other mode of payment. We respected them and made the payment from google pay. At that time only we can had a FIR against the DWARAKA SUZUKI but we haven't done. After that they had provided number plate after 3 months. In end of march i got my number plate fixed.
                                        Then, now in month of June bike got stop in the middle of the road and did not started again. Self start and the kick start were not working so I had given my bike (Access 125 DISC BT) at PACHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) for repairing on 9th June 2021 . As per the engineer at PANCHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) told me that their is problem in fuel pump and it need to be changed. Since then the bike is standing their only. Its going to be a month and issue is not yet resolved.
                                        I had purchased this bike for my daily commute to office but I hardly driven this bike. Everyday I call service center PANCHOLI SUZUKI (Pacholi Automotive Pvt. Ltd) to know the status, they simply say tomorrow you will get your bike. It is mentally and physically harassing me as I had to go to my office in public transport in this Covid situation. I had put all my hard earned money to purchase this bike and all that went waste. I don't know when they will resolve this issue. But i am sure i am not going to receive that bike again. I am too worried about this.

                                        So I hereby requesting for your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                                        Otherwise i have to go to consumer court. I will complain about this issue.

                                          I have purchased Access 125 DISC ALLOY WHEEL SPECIAL EDITION from KELLA SUZUKI MOTORS LLP SIRSI KARWAR 581401 showroom. Earlier my bike had some weird sound So contacted showroom as per showroom advise they have changed the air filter and now my bike have engine problem. I have contacted Kella Suzuki Showroom on April 15. They told there is some problem with shaft. Now they have removed the engine from bike. I don't know when they will resolve this issue. But i am sure i am not going to receive that bike again. It has driven 8900km only that too not completed 1 year. I am too worried about this.

                                          So I hereby requesting for your help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                                          Otherwise i have consumer court. I will complain about this issue.

                                                      I have purchased access 125 (Mh05ef9663) from m/s - status motors kalyan 421301 and passing done on 6-1-2020 as on date my vehicle running are 503km today i have given my vehicle for frist servicing at m/s simran bikes pvt ltd kalyan 421301 but manager is nao ready to consider for frist servicing though my vehicle is below 750km. He has charged rs.850 for frist servicing though frist servicing is free
