I have purchased Suzuki access 125 last year from roonwal Suzuki motors oldwashermenpet. Past two months self start didn't work.I took my vehicle to service center and they without checking said battery is gone and asked me yo change it and charged 1500 for service. In two days, self start didn't work again and there was a big dent on either sides of my vehicles. Side mirror was very loosely fitted that I couldn't drive to service center also. Front light and cover didn't fit properly. I left my vehicles again at service center for two days. Service center faculties are not treating us well. Especially Manager is worst behaving and rude. Could you please consider this complaint on high priority and make them check why vehicles is not working in just one year.

New scooter not getting started

I bought a Suzuki access 125 scooter on 17th September 2020 and just after 2 days from 19th sept i have been facing difficulty with the vehicle
It doesn't starts and stops in the middle of the road i have paid full amount for the scooter
Kindly look into this and resolve the problem.

My suzuki access purcased on April 2019..last service done on July 2020...there was no other problem for that vehicle. After last service, there occur some problems, kicker is not working properly, self start also.. Three days before scooter break down on the way..

My name is indira 🙏 Please, please, please those who are reading this complaint as a consumer looking to buy access 125 think again, some dealers of suzuki access is giving the worst service ever(as a company suzuki is so good but I'm talking about dealer here)... i purchased my suzuki access 125 at[protected] from padmaja suzuki vijayawada... I'm very much interested in access 125 because at that time its a perfect vehicle (no.1 as per market )and this so called dealer is No.1 through out india. Out of no doubt we purchased the vehicle and later after 3months my relative purchased the same with bs4 component. From there we faced problems, they will offer you zero service, zero intimation regarding services, and they won't even bother if you're suffered from their service and attitude. They will simply say it's not their fault... they just sell you the product and wipe their hands, remaining is our headache, ... you won't believe this is the third time I'm complaining about their service... it's a really curse to buy vehicle from them...
The other competitors like TVS, HONDA, ... etc.. while i using previous scooty pep they will track the customer for service by sending sms and also they will call us politely and asks us to bring the vehicle for service and after that they will call again and ask for our experience regarding the service... here in this case expecting this much is like a day dream😒... during the lockdown we didn't able to give the vehicle for 4th free service. As the whole india is in lockdown for 4months and my home itself in the containment zone, We were in a thought that they might extend the time... but after today when we are ready to give the vehicle they just said... "sorry your free service due is over you have to pay for the service "...doesn't matter the lockdown is there are not... your free service is expired. We can't help you "
Believe it's not first time they will always make you fool... purchasing this vehicle from this kind of people is always a curse.

Battery fraud

I bought a new suzuki access 125 on december 2017 from ann motors, taliparamba, kannur district, kerala. I have had many troubles with the scooter, like starting trouble due to battery complaint. I did tell the same service centre to check about that and they told the battery is gone. I was having these troubles within 1 year of buying the vehicle. And i was just adjusting my rides by kick starting the scooter each and every time, because i had not enough money to change battery.
But when i finally changed the battery from another workshop last week, i found that the battery inside my 2017 suzuki access scooter is of 2012 make. Such a fraud. I dont know whether the company has installed it the same way or the servicw centre people of ann motors taliparamba kannur, kerala has done this fraud to their customer. But i really want to file a case against the company. I really need compensation for all the losses i had because of that problem.
I need to file a case aginst them. Help me to sue them.

rejection of warranty and servicing

My suzki access 125 is down now. I had very bad experiennce with you service centre padmaja mvp colony, visakhapatnam, when my vehicle was given for general maintenance. After servicing the vehicle had given jerks during initial running. Again visited service centre for rectification. They started traied by changing plug but no improvement afteward changed air filter but no change and on next day they adjusted carborator. Though the problem is not satisfactorly completed they handed over the vehicle after charging for all the above spares.
Now my scooter was down because of same problem. I want to get it through your service centre only but i am fearing to get it done by trail and error method. Can you please help in this regard.

not meeting the commitment

I bought my access 125 may 2017. Every time i have given it for service i have been complaining about mileage scooter does not give more than 35 mileage. Service guys have always said one or the other reason and got away with it.
I also have a bullet which is 350 cc and weighs 90 kgs more than access 125 however mileage is more than 35 km.
Bought the bike from chandana motors bannerghatta road.
I would want suzuki to check this and let me know what help can they provide.

I have brought a suzuki access 125 in april 2018 from singam suzuki showroom at sankaramatham road, visakhapatnam-530016, ap. The quality of the accessories they not provided and my scooter is having starting problem and battery problem and bought just 1 year back after servicing and lots of complaints also my problem doesn't solve. So i request you to please solve this problem.

I brought on suziki access 125, on 22/8/18, vehicle was manfacture deffect while running of economy speed boady vibrtion is comming and unable sit on the vehicle. these compliant had been gaven to servicing center they are changeing clotch plates 3 times but not solved problum is same so please slove the above problum

poor service ,on time delivery ,excessive charges

My scooter suzuki Access 125 went under b/d on 20.06.2012.The vehicle after starting in the morning engine got switched off. It is not getting started.Contacted service centre Pannivelil agencies Palakkad around 6 times and they arranged a service mechanic.The mechanic Checked the vehicle and reported that he not able to trace the problem and asked me to lift the vehicle to the service centre.The next day morning I arranged the same through a carrier.Even after repeated request also the service people did not attended the complaint.The next day with repeated inquiry they attended the problem however they were not ready to disclose the defect they noticed. By evening on repeated enquiry vehicle was ready. The service department was not ready to explain regarding the work they are carried out. They simply charged Labour charges as Rs 505/-. Unnecessarily the service people held the vehicle in their showroom and charged me an excessive bill.Moreover unnecessarily asked me to Lift the vehicle to the showroom.I had incurred an expenses of Rs 300/- and waste of energy and time to lift the vehicle to the showroom.Nothing was written in the jobcard and I strongly believe that the charges on account of labour is too excess.There is no explanation regarding the work carried out and the customer is getting bluffed.
I request that the detail of work done may be made available to me and the defect noticed to be intimated and the labour charges on each account may be displayed in the service centre and trained technitians may be employed so that suchdifficulty to consumer can be avoided in future.
Since I am in urgent need of vehicle I lifted it by paying and I strongly believe that the service centre made an exessive amount on me for unwarranted job they carried out.

After sale, no any problem hearing by service center, even in guarantee period face many problems.
Average is very low near to 30 to 35 km per Lt. Loss of money of customer.
Battery of Suzuki Access is failed with in 7 month. when remove Battery no service battery Provided. suffer the customer.

I purchased Suzuki access on 23/10/2018 at that time there is offer i[censored] purchased suzuki access 125 u get on ISI Standard Helmet free. since 8 month lots of complain and visit suzuki showroom and register complain at customer care but still didn't get satisfied answer

I visited to Suzuki service center in Gwalior today to get the service done. Engineer from the service center told me that entire engine requires to be repaired and that would incur huge cost. This cost would not be covered in warranty and borne by the company.
This bike “Suzuki Access 125” is within warranty period (purchase date 19th April 2010) as on 1st Feb 2012. Henceforth all the expenses should borne by the company itself instead of passing onto the customer.
Following are the basic details of two wheeler:-
Purchase Date – 19th April 2010
Dealer – Siddharth Automotive Pvt Ltd

Worst scooter in my life

The most worst scooter is Suzuki Access 125 and authorized service center at porur is even very worst. List of problems are
1) poor battery - non even 50 times we started the scotter with self start. :(
2) Mileage -> dont expect more than 30 km.
3) No comfort to carry simple grocery items while purchase. Each time we need to lift the seat and put the items.
4) Not able carry Gas cylinder.
finally, i am not satisfied customer.
I recommended suzuki access 125 to my dad. i feel very bad on my selection.

mirrors not supplying
I Would Like to bring to your kind notice that i bought the suzuki access 125 scooter in july17,2009. But at that time mirrors were not avalable in the showroom . The showroom manager assured me that the mirrirs would be supplied with in a week.
Since then i have contacted the Showroom Manager personally for several time but every time he put one or the other excuse for not supplying the MIRRORS.
It is not a BLAT for the showroom but a disgrace to the goodwill of the SUZUKI COMPANY.
It is therefore requested to kindlly arrenge to suply me the mirrors immediately as a driving, without mirrors may me into serious accident and also take serious action againts MS KALYAN SALE BYPASS ROAD AGRA OR WORKSHOP MANAGERSHOWROOM MANAGER FOR THIS LAPS.
