I have purchased Suzuki access 125 last year from roonwal Suzuki motors oldwashermenpet. Past two months self start didn't work.I took my vehicle to service center and they without checking said battery is gone and asked me yo change it and charged 1500 for service. In two days, self start didn't work again and there was a big dent on either sides of my vehicles. Side mirror was very loosely fitted that I couldn't drive to service center...

I bought a Suzuki access 125 scooter on 17th September 2020 and just after 2 days from 19th sept i have been facing difficulty with the vehicle
It doesn't starts and stops in the middle of the road i have paid full amount for the scooter
Kindly look into this and resolve the problem....

My suzuki access purcased on April 2019..last service done on July 2020...there was no other problem for that vehicle. After last service, there occur some problems, kicker is not working properly, self start also.. Three days before scooter break down on the way..

I bought my access 125 may 2017. Every time i have given it for service i have been complaining about mileage scooter does not give more than 35 mileage. Service guys have always said one or the other reason and got away with it.

I have brought a suzuki access 125 in april 2018 from singam suzuki showroom at sankaramatham road, visakhapatnam-530016, ap. The quality of the accessories they not provided and my scooter is having starting problem and battery problem and bought just 1 year back after servicing and lots of complaints also my problem doesn't solve. Worst scooter in my life

The most worst scooter is Suzuki Access 125 and authorized service center at porur is even very worst. List of problems are
1) poor battery - non even 50 times we started the scotter with self start. :(
2) Mileage -> dont expect more than 30 km.
3) No comfort to carry simple grocery items while purchase. Each time we need to lift the seat and put the items.
4) Not able carry Gas cylinder.

mirrors not supplying
I Would Like to bring to your kind notice that i bought the suzuki access 125 scooter in july17,2009. But at that time mirrors were not avalable in the showroom . The showroom manager assured me that the mirrirs would be supplied with in a week.
Since then i have contacted the Showroom Manager personally for several time but every time he put one or the other excuse for not supplying the MIRRORS.
It is not a BLAT for the showroom...
