Dear Sir,
I would like to make a complaint for refusal of replacement by dealer for my Suzuki access 125 vehicle, pilon rider black grab rail guard. The grab rail guard had started to develop a manufacturing defect under the paint, like kind of air bubbles. When I approached the dealer for the 4th Servicing he refused saying, let the thing get rusted entirely and we’ll see to it later. The same conversation also happened in the 5th and 6th Servicing. Now if my vehicle is under warranty why is the dealer delaying the replacement of faulty material. So I please request you to have a look into my complaint and replace the faulty grab rail of my vehicle. All details are are mentioned below:

Complaint is Resolved. The Dealer called up and replaced the faulty part of the vehicle at the service station. And did not charge anything for labour.
