Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. — suzuki access 125 engine problem no customer service

My access 125 reg. No. Ga08aj7615 which is 1.5yrs old and has traveled only 8200 kms has faced engine problem. It is consuming much more oil and needs reworking. I did service my bike on 31/12/17 and did change the engine oil too at 7589 kms at an authorized service dealer nearby.

I asked the authorized service dealer to do my engine work under warranty as in such a short time the engine needs reworking is not my fault. They deny me saying that i missed my 2nd, 3rd and 6th service and hence not covered under warranty and that i'll have to pay. I also asked them to service the bike as it was due for its 8th service, they tell me the service is done but if they remove the coupon that i'll be charged for the service.
I did pay for the engine work and the parts even though it was still covered under warranty and would not mind paying for the service. The bike is still covered under extended warranty, if so then it makes no sense for the company to offer an extended warranty if the customer has to pay for all the expenses.

My question to the parent company i. E. Suzuki motorcycle india pvt. Ltd. Is regarding the quality of the parts manufactured for which the product fails at 8500 kms. Odd.
On the record i do own another access 125 purchased in oct 2017 which has problems and still not yet rectified, even though met the area service engineer and asked him to check and provide a solution, for which there was no reply, probably has less/no knowledge regarding the principles and working of the bike.
I would appreciate if the md/gm of suzuki motorcycle india pvt. Ltd. Take a note of this. And looking forward for a genuine feedback from the concerned authority
