The insurance executive inspected the vehicle the next day, but he didn’t receive an update from the Suzuki service executive about the internal damages. Old Scrap Parts -Fitted with my vehicle-And Billed as a New one

My two wheeler went to Service at Peak Suzuki Dealer at Erode.
On of the parts were damaged they request to replace the new one. After that I agreed to replace the parts, But Its actually an Old scrap parts and they billed and Request money.
I need clarification for fitting a Scrap parts.

manufacturing defect two time repair attempt failed

I purchased my bike on 7 nov 2018 from aone suzuki faridabad that gives me a pathetic experience.

I am facing problem from 1 day.
Moter bike have manufacturing defect of consuming engine oil and smoking that is been repaired two times on a new moterbike and still problem is not solved and i mean complaining again and again about this problem but suzuki have no concern thay just say we will make it repair but they don't accept it won't happen again
In one year this bike is repaired 2 times and third time still ready to be opened.
I am not satisfied with this behavior and product i want new bike or completely sealed factory fitted engine or full refund of my bike price. I can't accept repaired engine for the price of new bike.

I have purchased one scooty by invoice no 001/vsl/17000143 on 4th sept 2017 from m/s ankur auto sales and services pvt. Ltd.. They convinced me to buy extended warrenty for extra two years. I paid for extended warrenty with the purchase of the scooty. Upon payment they told us that now our scooty has an extended warrenty of two years
After two yearsnow we are needing the extendedd warrenty for repairs. Now they tell us we do not have the extended warrenty. When we told them we had paid for it to them they said theat it was our duty to collect some kind of book for the extended warrenty which they did not tell us at that time.
Please help us to get our extended warrenty as promised by the dealer.

We booked suzuki access 125 on 21st jan 2019 from automatic suzuki, pune. More than a month pass and till date the dealer did not completed registration formalities. I am not able to use my vehicle as it is not register with rto.
Every time i visit and ask the dealer he gives this and that reason for not getting it registered.
Totally frustrated and want to give back the vehicle to dealer.

suzuki inazuma 2014 model - regulator/rectifier availability issue

Dear sir,
I am a owner of 2014 model suzuki inazuma in kerala. My inazuma"s regulator dead in january 20th 2019, as such i could not use the bike till now.
I ordered a regulator/rectifier in hapco suzuki calicut on[protected] and paid advance amount for the same. But unfortunately till date i did not recieved the part, on feb 7th the dealer told that the part which ordered is coming from japan so it will be ready only on feb 15th, i enquired about the part in feb15th they told it is not yet recieved in suzuki from japan. The last one month i could not use the bike, i don't know what to do? Hope the management will look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

My access 125 reg. No. Ga08aj7615 which is 1.5yrs old and has traveled only 8200 kms has faced engine problem. It is consuming much more oil and needs reworking. I did service my bike on 31/12/17 and did change the engine oil too at 7589 kms at an authorized service dealer nearby.

I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 19th of Aug'15 and after one free service having problem with rear suspension and have complained to dealer several times since last 25 days and now nigher dealer nor general manager at Rajkot is not giving proper answer or resolution regarding the issue.
I have also additionally taken extended warranty of Vehicle and paid demanded amt but now dealer is not giving proper answer or resolution about my concern.

Dear sir,
I have bought one Suzuki GS 150 R from Sree Karpagamoorthy Agencies Pvt Ltd, Karaikudi on 14th Jan 2012.The vehicle was delivered on that date after making full payment including road tax,insurance and Registration Charges. At the time of delivery dealer has not given me any documents,not even insurance cover not. When I checked with the dealer,they assured that the insurance paper and the corresponding documents wiill be provided at the time of registration.
My complaint is that the vehicle is not yet registered with RTO after more than one and a half months of delivery. I am not able to use the vehicle since the registration is not being done. I have already made the payment for registration, but the dealer is least bothered about registration. I have visited the dealership almost five times for making the registration. This type of attitude from a dealer is really disastrous.I have loose the faith in this dealer and this situation should not happen to any one any more. kindly take up the issue at the earliest to register my vehicle.
