Customer care complaint

I booked Gixxer 250 ( Naked Version) on 21/10/22 at Surabhi Suzuki Madurai with promised delivery date within 10 days... After many days left no proper response from dealer and no proper delivery date for the bike...I need to know proper delivery date or refund my booking amount......

Old Scrap Parts -Fitted with my vehicle-And Billed as a New one

My two wheeler went to Service at Peak Suzuki Dealer at Erode.
On of the parts were damaged they request to replace the new one. After that I agreed to replace the parts, But Its actually an Old scrap parts and they billed and Request money.

I need clarification for fitting a Scrap parts.

worst dealer

We booked suzuki access 125 on 21st jan 2019 from automatic suzuki, pune. More than a month pass and till date the dealer did not completed registration formalities. I am not able to use my vehicle as it is not register with rto.

Every time i visit and ask the dealer he gives this and that reason for not getting it registered.

Totally frustrated and want to give back the vehicle to dealer....

suzuki access 125 engine problem no customer service

My access 125 reg. No. Ga08aj7615 which is 1.5yrs old and has traveled only 8200 kms has faced engine problem. It is consuming much more oil and needs reworking. I did service my bike on 31/12/17 and did change the engine oil too at 7589 kms at an authorized service dealer nearby.
