Suzuki Motorcycle India — Trying to false bill/cheating

I had given my new vehical for Service at Avanish Suzuki. The vehical was said to be serviced and delivered to me. But it was not starting back after the vehical was brought. I immediately called them at that moment and told them the vehical is not starting back up after I bourght from their place. They said it is already end of thir shift so they will send a persion next day to fix.

They did not send person next day and up on follow up with them again they said they are working with limited staff and will send the person next day again (Monday). Upon follow up again the person came and took back the vehical. After that the servicecenter calls me and says that the wire is rat bitten and I will have to pay 4500 again to fix it. They say irrespective of rat bii happened in the servicecenter or at my place. I pay for the damage because its a physical damage and company is not liable to pay for any physical damage. This is compleletely a harssament to a customer and I request you please help here.
