In 2019 february i bought one suzuki gixer sf from your authorized dealer ‘
(Toms motors pvt ltd. Pathanamthitta kerala india)
After one month i feels problem on the rear suspension. After that the dealer replaced the rear monoshock by 3 times within 7 months. Finally they checked the swing arm also. But they cannot find the problem of vehicle. Now my vehicle is not good in running due to the rear suspension problem. The service manager in charge of kerala is telling that he cannot do anything without dealers response. Was this information helpful? |
