Drainage water is collected in lorry and unloaded in rain water drains along the sides of road...
Bye pass road..drains ..it is getting stagnated and mosquito menace is increased.
Daily these lorries are unloading the collected waste in morning hours .
That road itself is stinking ..water flow is blocked...let's catch and seize those lorries and punish them by asking them to clean the drains full stretch
It is unhygienic as these waste unloaded flows in open drainage.
