I am a permanent resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand (15/1, Ward No. 22, Bam Bam Baba Brahmachari Path )for last 50 years. I am continuously facing problems due to poor nala (ditch ) system in my locality. Construction of the nala is very poor and thereby contaminated water always flows across the street in front of my house. Furthermore, heap of garbage also accumulates on the road.

After getting irritated form dirty nalis and the people who keeps buffalo and throw the goober in nali, i want you to take the strict actions againts them.
ALL the time nali is blocked due to goober and bad smells of goober is makes the enviourment not breathable. And also buffalo keepers threatening us .Also they broke the jali which we used to stop the goober coming to avoid...

The garbage van in my locality has not been coming daily. This time he came after 3-4 days. On top of that it does not stops even for 2 minutes. It goes till the time we reach to it. This is daily routine of throwing of garbage's on the road side / Middle of the road divider and making the City entry point dirty and not clean.

It's very pathetic that the garbage collector who comes to your lane with vehicle ask for too much money every month. If not paid they don't stop near your house or premises. It's sheer blackmail by them. They are not scared by any complains or anything.in fact they tell you that now you have to go to corporation and deposit money for those garbage collected at your premises....

Daily these lorries are unloading the collected waste in morning hours .

In my area peoples are throughing all their waste water in the road in fact of having their sanitary system. Water keeps on flowing all the time from each and every house in the mid area. When anyone goes and tell them not to throw they tell others are throwing so 'i will also throw' and it not possible to stop them.
