Swachh Bharat Abhiyan... — garbage thrown by neighbours in front of my house

My name is balwant singh.
This is my second time that i am complaining to you about the garbage thrown by neighbours infront of my house. One of the lady near by my house my neighbour kuldeep kaur w/o claims that land belongs to them but that land is panchayati shamlaat. If we request them to don’t throw garbage or polythene bags the lady use abusive language. We are living in 21st century but i don’t think so that government is taking any step against her hope you will understand my concern and do proper investigation and charge lady.
