Swachh Bharat Abhiyan... — people throw garbage everywhere

I live in Adityapur Basti, Adityapur. The munipality don't clean the garbage from the nearby area and the garbage is piling up. People are also not concerned about cleanliness they throw garbage everywhere and anywhere. It is very dirty in my locality, people are less concerned about cleaning. They only thorew rubbish everywhere in such case people over here get much prone to diseases. Please inform the concerned authority to take strict steps to solve the problem. Please send the munipality committee near my area to look into the matter and take strict steps regarding the same.
