Swachh Bharat Abhiyan... — Poor Nala (Ditch) System

I am a permanent resident of Deoghar, Jharkhand (15/1, Ward No. 22, Bam Bam Baba Brahmachari Path )for last 50 years. I am continuously facing problems due to poor nala (ditch ) system in my locality. Construction of the nala is very poor and thereby contaminated water always flows across the street in front of my house. Furthermore, heap of garbage also accumulates on the road.
The above stated problems persist for last 5 years. On raising request for reconstruction of the nala, departmental staff always reply that no fund is available for this purpose.
Now I humbly request you to please do requisite order so that the above stated nala is constructed at the earliest so as to enable us to live a healthy life as others are entitled to enjoy. In free India, every body has fundamental right to live and enjoy benefits as other persons in the locality are entitled, but I am precluded from enjoying benefits of swakchata abhiyan.
