I am from moradabad uttar pradesh budhi vihar colony phase 2nd. A big plot is lying vacant by the left side of bada bijlighar in sectot 10 of budhi vihar 2nd phase, where open defacation is rampant and the plot is become a garbage collection centre, entire area is suffering. On contacting with municipal corporation they told that the colony is not in their control. Kindly do the needfull thank u
