I ordered Weetabix cereal online from Swad India. below are the details.

However, after waiting for several days, when the item wasn't delivered, I finally wrote to them on the customer support email provided on their website. This was on 11 september but so far there has been no reply to my email. There is a WhatsApp number provided on their website but it doesn't exist and hence, there is no way to get in touch with company.
I want a full refund. Please help me with this.
