My kayani bakery products not delivered even though same paid for...

My order was for rs 2675 consisting of multiple kayani Bakery items. My order has not been delivered by swad india team despite my constant follow up with them over email what whatapp chat. These Swad India folks are simply not responding and looks fraud.

I have raised their complaint in National Consumer helpline team and they are working on it.

My request to you
1. Help deliver my kayani order worth...

I could not find sweets less than 400gm on the website. Small packs should also be delivered....

They are a fraud company and will never deliver your products. It will just say Awaiting Processing and will never get delivered.

After I had paid for 4 packets of biscuits only 2 packets were delivered to my home and the other two packets from ORDER NUMBER OJYRK-C is showing as delivered though not delivered. Initially there was comminucation that order was packed but after wards there has been no comminucation and when we use DTDC tracking to track parcel we see that pickup is being stopped. Yet today when 2 biscuits has been delivered it says all the 4 has been delivered. It has duped me of my money. No customer care number given and no reply from support mail.

I have ordered pack of Quality street vide order number #EQY9B and paid online, on 21st September for which delivery date was 29th September. But till date nothing is received and there is no response on email as well.

I have ordered the Nescafe gold coffee worth 599.

NOW after 6 days on their website shows await processing.
This is complete fraud

I had bought chocolates worth 1450 rupees from Swad India on 11 August 2024. Order no. #59C2Y. I am yet to receive it. They have not responded to any mails or texts. Please allow me to file a complaint.

Order placed on July 12. Still not received despite multiple emails and reminders on whatsapp. Company not responding to email or whatsapp. No other form of communication is provided by the company. No other mailing address has been provided on the website. No GST no shown on the invoice. No address shown on the invoice.

I have on 29/7/24 ordered Knpoor chocolate bar by paying Rs.4209/- online and failed to receive the goods or any information from the company......

I have on 16/7/24 ordered dry premium anjeer by paying Rs.1538/- online and failed to receive the goods or any information from the company.

I ordered and paid in full for cookies thro Swad India. Since the order, I have been getting a SMS daily for over 10 days that the order has been packed. They even gave a Blue Dart no but it has not been dispatched so far. Even today, I got the same msg that it has been packed.
I have sent mails and registered complaints with Swad India. No response or even an acknowledgement. Is this site/ company for real? To me it sounds bogus and I am seeing other complaints wherein they have collected money but not delivered.

I had ordered some bakery items of Kayani bakery on line from Swad india. Order was placed on 3rd July, 2024. Since there was no COD facility available, the Lazypay had paid Rs. 1597/-
Due to inordinate delay i requested Swad india to cancel my order and refund the amount to Lazypay. But Swad india is not responding to my communication on mob, whatsapp or email.

I had ordered two tins of Twinings team from Swad India on May 7th 2024. The money (Rs. 2098) was immediately taken as there was no COD option (obvious now). Since 7th, there has been no update on my order, the status is showing 'Awaiting Processing'. I have written them multiple emails and have not received any response. I have ordered some snacks on Swad India online, paid rupees 299 . They have not delivered the items and no response for any queries order number # JSV0U dated 23rd April

I had ordered items through Swad India on 25 Feb 24.
3 items were ordered and only 2 were received. All the items were from same shop.
I sent them several emails and also WhatsApp but there is no response from their side.
Suitable action should be taken against such website who take customer for a ride

I have ordered two Hershey's chocolate creme wafers online on 13/1/2024 on the website of Swad India and made payment of Rs 320. After the transaction was made, no communication was done till date regarding the delivery of the products despite attempting to call over their Customer Care No which is always switched off or not reachable and their WhatsApp Customer Support no where they never responded. Even mails have been sent for several times to their mail id [protected]@swadindia.in but no response.

This company has taken money and in the last 4 weeks not sent my food items ...this is a fraud

I have purchased cheese product. rupees 795 paid on December 17th 2023.
Still no update after payment.
I need refund.

The order was placed on 2nd December and till now (16th December) there is no update from swad India. I have tried emailing and also tried reaching them on WhatsApp and on the phone number but no response on WhatsApp and the phone is out of coverage area. The order is worth ₹4941.

The order was of Coffee which was supposed to be delivered on 21st Nov 23 (see attached photos) yet it was not delivered and there was nowhere to track the order status, There was no response from the email ID/phone no. provided on site

They don't offer cash on delivery, take the payment upfront and have not yet sent my order or responded to my emails, or WhatsApp messages,

my order was for nearly 700rs. fraud company.

i will change my comment if the products get delivered.

This looks like a well thought out scam.
They run google ads for imported products, so that when people search for those kind of items swadindia.in links are shown at the top.

Once the customer places an order they keep the money and vanish without any communication with the customer.

I placed a prepaid order with them Order #M6XO9 for Belgian chocolates for Rs 2, 196 on 23rd October. The written delivery date was between 27th and 30th October. Till date they have not even processed the order let alone dispatch or deliver.

I tried contacting them on whatsapp, i was told to email [protected]@swadindia.in. I emailed them next, to which there was no response, not even an acknowledgement. There is absolutely no communication with them after they took the payment and have disappeared.

I am attaching the order page for reference. Please help in stopping this scam from luring customers.

I ordered Weetabix (2 Packets) worth 798 rupees on Aug 31st 2023 and till now the items are not delivered. And the customer care persons are not responding to emails regarding cancelling the order.

Please look into the order number: BRUXA and cancel the order and refund the money to the account.
