Swad India — No attempt made at delivery of already paid product

After I had paid for 4 packets of biscuits only 2 packets were delivered to my home and the other two packets from ORDER NUMBER OJYRK-C is showing as delivered though not delivered. Initially there was comminucation that order was packed but after wards there has been no comminucation and when we use DTDC tracking to track parcel we see that pickup is being stopped. Yet today when 2 biscuits has been delivered it says all the 4 has been delivered. It has duped me of my money. No customer care number given and no reply from support mail.
