I had ordered two tins of Twinings team from Swad India on May 7th 2024. The money (Rs. 2098) was immediately taken as there was no COD option (obvious now). Since 7th, there has been no update on my order, the status is showing 'Awaiting Processing'. I have written them multiple emails and have not received any response. There is one whatsapp number which is meant only for sales queries. They acknowledged my first message but when I quoted the order number, they told me to write emails and since then they have stopped responding. If you call that number, it is coming up as 'switched off'. THIS COMPANY IS 1005 FRAUD AND SHOULD BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY. THE OWNERS SHOULD BE JAILED FOR CHEATING CUSTOMERS. I have reached out to my local police station and have informed them about the incident. They have collected all the details and are in the process of registering an official complaint against Swad India.
Cannot believe these people use others money to feed themselves and their families. Nothing can be worst. Shameful.
