Swift Air Express Courier — Speak to courier owner and justify my complain

This complain TO SWIFTAIREXPRESS COURIER (ISO :9001:2000 CERTIFIED COMPANY) (courier no[protected] I WAS WAITING A DD FROM HDFC BANK ON 20 MAY 20014, I CALLED ON 22 may on[protected]/11/12/13, i spoke i lady, , she say packet to be delivered, i do not received pocket till 23 may 2014, i again called on 24 may she told me packet delivered but not time frame, as per him your house door was closed on 21 may & 22 may that`s why packet not delivers but actually door was not locked, she deny to tel her name and don't say senior name, i was shocked, she siting on customer care desk and deny to tell name. and another no one visit our address and update is house locked, i have to pay credit card payment due to is 24 may 2014 & 26 may icici credit card .now i m unable to payment on time due worst service done by SWIFTAIREXPRESS COURIER, also i have to pay financial charged approx Rs11000. due non payment on due date.

so pls speak to courier owner and justify my complain
