i ordered food items: curls, cake from instamart. the delivery should have been in 15 minutes as claimed but my delivery got assigned after 40 minutes. it was late night and i was starving because of no food at this hour. they neither cancelled my order nor gave me any indication of late arrival on top of that their always says "right on time" even when they are constantly increasing time limit. i asked help from instamart customer care but all they could help me with was a 50 rupees coupon. in the end i cancelled my order and slept without eating anything. i need some compensation and an apology fro swiggy instameart for this harrasment of customers.

nothing they did to resolve my problem they were 55 minutes late for the delivery. and later offered me a 50 rupees coupon.
