Yesterday I ordered few grocery and fruit from Swiggy Instant and at the time of delivery partner was calling me again and again and talking very rudely he made same behaviour with my wife as well.

I order 2 items one ice cream 700ml and one fortune chakki fresh atta 10kg and the delivery partner just delivered the ice cream and the app is showing both the products are delivered and the customer care is not supporting and they have already taken payment through online payment as they said there's no option for cash on delivery

This Is The 3rd Class Service By Swiggy Instamart. No Call Center.By Chat Or Email, I Tried Contacted Them . They Refused To Help On That. There Is No Action Against Any Goo[censored]p By Them. They Have Not Refunded For The Missing Product. Also They Have Not Taken Any Action For Any Rotten Vegetable. Neither Refund Nor Replacement. Beware Of Such Fradulent Company.

The below complaint was made by me on 14.11.2023 regarding wrong order received for a value of 350 against my subject order for Rs. 570. Nothing had been done on this neither they are refunding the money now getting my correct order delivered.

Dear Swiggy customer care team

This is regarding my order no. [protected] which is amounting to Rs. 570 and instead of this I have received completely different order amount to Rs. 351. Your delivery executive is totally misbehaving and not understanding the issue and he is saying that we need to receive this order in any case and even now disconnecting our calls.

Request you to kindly check and deliver the correct order on priority.

This is regarding my order no. [protected] which is amounting to Rs. 570 and instead of this I have received completely different order amounting to Rs. 351. The delivery executive was totally misbehaving and not understanding the issue and he said we need to receive this order in any case and eventually left the wrong order and ran away and started disconnecting our calls.

Swiggy online customer care said we can't refund or help and finally we didn't get our money of 570 and our request to atleast attend to this and arrange delivery of correct order also morning happened and they totally denied to refund or delivery correct order

I order around 80 eggs every week from Instamart. The first two weeks was ok, then they sent all rotten eggs horrible smell, had to throw it away. When I reported it I was asked to send a photo of the expiry date, there was no expiry date on the packing only date of packing. It look like based on the date of packing they internally calculated the expiry date and told me it is not expired. I dont want any compensation but its a warning to customers that items like eggs are very risky, they could just sneak in old stock to get rid of it.

I have purchased 12 nos of brown eggs on 15th July and the whole eggs are bad and bad smell. We have thrown the eggs fully. Please look in to this matter urgently and do the refund.

Every time this store at Sector 137 sends less items and no one bothers to talk and even customer care never e responds. Filing a fir against swiggy and the store and will make sure this particular store is shut down. My money never gets refunded and they are cheating, harassing the customer

Today that is 16/05/2023 at around I ordered couple of product including Langra aam. When the product was delivered I immediately opened it and to my utmost surprise it was not only.expired and ruined but its not langra. This has happened before. In my last order I ordered for Baigan ( brinjal) large bharta bjt they sent a very small sized baigan. On complaining and requesting refund they refused. They have many not mentioned right product details and keeps sending nad. products

I have recently ordered from swiggy instanart and for 3 Hrs I had to wait for my order. They said they had no delivery partner availalr

I have received a rotten onion as well as a potato which seems to have an acid burn on it. The bread I have received is squished and the cigarettes I ordered were damaged.

I had contacted the customer support but they were of no help. I am reaching out because I feel like the resolution was not provided and I have been a victim to the incompetence of your customer executives.

The disregard to care for the produce provided is appalling and your wider consumer base should be aware of the treatment some of your customers are getting even after being a long term Swiggy one member.

Today, February 6th, 2023, we ordered Raw Coconut water (2 sets of 4 bottles 200 ml each) along with 150 gms of Sensodyne toothpaste. When we opened the cover, we found a can of Budwiser Beer included as a gratis. We are vegetarians and we don't drink any alcohol. Now, the question is why the instacart is promoting alcohol like KCR. Fortunately, there is no young person or children in the house to fall into the trap of Swiggy instamart.

Two days back, when we ordered grocery, we received a carbonated drink along with the grocery. We don't drink carbonated drinks in our household. The question is why is Instamart promoting all bad habits among children. Why they are playing with the lives of young people venerable to bad habits leading to bad health including diabetes, hypertension, etc.

I think this is like fourth time i am facing the same or relitable issue. They have delayed my order for 45 minutes and their delivery executive gets rude most of the times. I order almost every day from zomato but this has never happened to me by zomato. So i firmly say that this brand or company swiggy is worst ever in terms of customer service.

I have ordered few things from swiggy instamart today and partner has came down .he must have tried to connect with me over call but unfortunately I haven't received any calls .then delivery partner has cancelled and i haven't the refund or worth of money which lost .items not delivered at the same time no refunds because of cancellation policy . without the consent of customer they could simply cancel the order and not able deliver it as per their policy
