Swiggy Instamart — Order no. [protected] which is amounting to Rs. 570

This is regarding my order no. [protected] which is amounting to Rs. 570 and instead of this I have received completely different order amounting to Rs. 351. The delivery executive was totally misbehaving and not understanding the issue and he said we need to receive this order in any case and eventually left the wrong order and ran away and started disconnecting our calls.

Swiggy online customer care said we can't refund or help and finally we didn't get our money of 570 and our request to atleast attend to this and arrange delivery of correct order also morning happened and they totally denied to refund or delivery correct order

Disappointing Experience: Incomplete Order and Unhelpful Support from Instamart

I recently ordered four items from Instamart and paid for them in full. However, upon delivery, I was dismayed to find that only two items were included in the package. Despite reaching out to Instamart's support team for assistance, I received a disappointing response stating that they would neither refund my money nor provide the missing items.

This experience has left me deeply unsatisfied with Instamart's service. Not only did I lose money on items I never received, but the lack of accountability from their support team is unacceptable.
