The below complaint was made by me on 14.11.2023 regarding wrong order received for a value of 350 against my subject order for Rs. 570. Nothing had been done on this neither they are refunding the money now getting my correct order delivered.
Dear Swiggy customer care team
This is regarding my order no. [protected] which is amounting to Rs. 570 and instead of this I have received completely different order amount to Rs. 351. Your delivery executive is totally misbehaving and not understanding the issue and he is saying that we need to receive this order in any case and even now disconnecting our calls.
Request you to kindly check and deliver the correct order on priority.
