Swipe Elite Plus — Service poor or swipe elite 2 battery | |||
I purchased a mobile phone in month of nov 2015 and now phone was in warranty period.in jan 2016 i face some problem in its battery then i call to flipkart they says mail it to swipe [protected]@justswipe.com i mail it but there was no response from there site then i go to the service center for the support they take my phone & after one month they return my phone when i receive the phone its touch or network is not work properly after i again visit service center & i submitted it to service center on 6 october 2016, it tooks 2 month still didnt repair. Whenever i talk just they replied status is pending for material despatch. O what i can do? Now in nov its warranty is over so Kindly help me Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is syam sundar i bought a swipe elite plus phone last month 20th december my phone battery heating when we are using then i can send the service centre till now the problem is not rectified
