Swipe Mobile — very poor after sale service | |||
This is sandeep kulkarni i have purchased swipe connect power 4g volte mobile from snapdeal on 13 march 2018, but unfortunately i have received the faulty model i was facing a network issue on the same so i have contacted snapdeal for the same they have told me i have to visit swipe service centre and take a letter from them that this model is faulty and should be replaced with the new one but the kalyan service centre told me they cannot give me such letter because they are just pickup point for the swipe service centre they have collected my mobile on 29th of march job sheet no sascmah3512134, and told me i'll get my mobile within 10 working days because they have to submit this mobile with the company which is in pune till date there is no communication from the service centre or company regarding my phone. iam very upset and put this on social media regarding the swipe after sale service.
