I buy your company smartphone
Konnect star and buying this smartphone is the biggest mistake of my life and i never expected this the problem was that this handset get automatically dead one day without anyreason and to solve this problem i tried to call on service center of your comapany but all the number you are given are fake and wrong even the email and website doesn't show correct and also there is no near by service center to ghaziabad and i hope and wanted to solve my problem fast and effectively by you as fast it can possible
So i last i hope you will take quick action against my issue

    This is sandeep kulkarni i have
    purchased swipe connect power 4g volte mobile from snapdeal
    on 13 march 2018, but unfortunately i have received the
    faulty model i was facing a network issue on the same so i
    have contacted snapdeal for the same they have told me i
    have to visit swipe service centre and take a letter from
    them that this model is faulty and should be replaced with
    the new one but the kalyan service centre told me they
    cannot give me such letter because they are just pickup
    point for the swipe service centre they have collected my
    mobile on 29th of march job sheet no sascmah3512134,
    and told me i'll get my mobile within 10 working days
    because they have to submit this mobile with the
    company which is in pune till date there is no communication
    from the service centre or company regarding my phone.
    iam very upset and put this on social media regarding the
    swipe after sale service. I will see to it that people know
    the reality about the swipe after sale service.

      Not give my mobile battery please contact you contact him and told to give my mobile battery... If it's
      Not possible for you.. Then my last option is i'll give court and give a pil against your company and
      Those people who not gives my battery... So please it's my first and last warning to you...

        Your company is soo bad i will give you a mobile swipe elight for repair but your coustmer care dont intrest to repair this and your dealler in ratlam is not talking me like good they will not give me fix date and my phone is giving you on 21/07/2016 and today is 7/10/2016 my phone is not repair so i will complaint to counsumer about you so please not buy this phones thankyou ans please call me for repair this mobile and give me mobile for use

          I received a new Swipe Elite plus phone from Flipkart on 19.06.2016.
          I have tried many times to stop unwanted Cell broadcast messages which i received around 50 - 60 messages in a day.

          Kindly suggest me - How to stop recieving Cell broadcast messages?

          Please suggest me any solution as soon as possible...

          I am also
          1.Open menu, - go to "Messaging" app, and open it.
          2.Now click on 3 dots on upper right corner. Here you will find "Setting" in middle tab.
          3.Click on "Setting".
          4.Scroll down to "Cell broadcast setting (SIM1).
          5.First check the checkbox with right check mark, (if already not check marked).
          6.Then grey colored option will Accessible.
          7.Again scroll down to last option, eg: "Emergency alerts".
          8.In this menu, uncheck all the boxes.
          9.Click back key on touch pad.
          10.and in back menu, Uncheck Cell broadcast check box, which was you checked in last 5. option. Close message setting now, you have done all.

          I have purchased a new swipe mobile through one line by naaptol, But the touch is not working properly, I was sent return back the mobile last 20/10/2017, but no response from the naaptol co. So kindly i request solve the problem immediately.( attached purchased bill and return courier bill also)
