I, javed e qureshi, purchased swipe elite plus imei no.: [protected] vide order no. Was [protected] submitted for repair. The phone supposed to be delivered on 21st sept' 16 was received after a week with three false delivery notification by snapdeal. In second week i found the software buggy with icons getting deleted and unable to load application features. I submitted the handset to sweet dream (Swp123), under work order no. Mum-gr-sd-1205 dated 17.10.2016 While it took two months to deliver the phone, i have written in interim to refund the amount and close the matter. As per the service done the battery & camera was changed; while the stated problem of firmware was not addressed. Now the battery is draining very fast and even when its not being used. There is no explanation of why the service department changing hardware adding more problems. The touch has also gone now and it's hard to use any applications when the touch response is horrible. There is no point in submitting the phone to service center when the practice seems to stretch the matter for months and changing hardware and added problem crops up in a few days. Why i am supposed to suffer when the company does not have any confidence in their product when they identified failure of buggy user interface & battery draining as well. I have not been able to use the phone practically at all. I sought refund of the amount and send them rtgs details to close the matter.; but they are avoiding response. Please intervene as the phone is of no use and is just a piece of hardware lying with me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
