Syberplace.com — Syberplace not refunding for cancelled orders | |||||
Sir, This is regarding the order numbers[protected] and[protected] which i had placed in www.syberplace.com on 3 may 2016 of rs 14999 and 14899 respectively. the payment was successfully made with the icici payment gateway using my debit card. the seller informed me that the item will be shipped within 7 days of order which they failed to fulfill. so i raised a request to cancel the order and refund the amount that i had paid. they accepted the request on 17 may 2016 and informed that the refund will be made within 10-13 business days. however i waited for that period, neither any response nor any refund received to me. so i tried contacting them via email and phone number mentioned on their website (phone is connected in ivr and cannot be connected with a customer care executive). upon my email they informed me that they are processing the refund by cheque which they did not do yet. i have emailed them several times to refund me the amount which i had paid but they are keeping avoiding me by telling to wait for some more time. they are deliberately denying me the refund. Later i have found several online reviews of customers who have became victim of ecommerce fraud of www.syberplace.com. hence i kindly request you to lodge a complaint and take necessary steps to resolve my query.
